Estonian Famous Vilma Cake powder 450g

Flour mix for making light sweet sponge cake.

Add 200 ml of water to the contents of the package, a little vegetable oil up to your choice, mix it smooth and bake at 180-200 C for 20-30 minutes. To bake tasty everyday cakes, berries, fruits, cottage cheese may be added to the mix. A tart base made from the Juubeli cake powder is suitable for making plentiful party cakes.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, whey powder (milk),egg powder, raising agent ( E450, E500)vanillin.
